CFB hot water boiler is another type of CFB boiler. CFB boiler includes CFB steam boiler and CFB hot water boiler. CFB boiler has the advantage of high efficiency, low SOx and NOx emission, strong fuel adaptability, and good stability.
On November 26, 2019, a Korean company came to visit industrial boiler and power plant boiler manufacturer Taishan Group. The company plans to build a heating supply plant in South Korea, including two sets 12MW, 1.6MPa coal fired boilers to generate hot water. However, due to the low heating value of coal (2500kcal/h), our design engineer makes adjustment over current CFB hot water boiler. Main adjustment is over the heating surface and cyclone separator. After the fly ash passes through the cyclone separator, the solid particle is separated from the flue gas. The solid particle will return to the furnace again for combustion and desulfurization reaction. It improves the combustion efficiency and desulfurization efficiency, and reduces the consumption of desulfurizing agent.
Traditional double-drum CFB hot water boiler has the problem of low separation efficiency, low circulation rate, and low combustion efficiency. The outer wall of convection tube bundle uses non-membrane wall structure, which has poor sealing performance. Crack in the expansion joint may occur after operation for a short period, causing air leakage. However, our CFB boiler is single-drum, high-temperature cyclone separator structure. The furnace, separator, and tail shaft are independent, ensuring high combustion efficiency and solving the sealing problem. The membrane wall is designed to ensure that the coal and limestone can be uniformly combined in the furnace. Thus it improves the desulfurization efficiency, reduces the wear of membrane wall, and improves the service life of the CFB boiler.
