High Pressure Gas Boiler is a single drum natural circulation boiler. The whole gas steam boiler is in three parts. The lower part is the body heating surface. The left side of upper part is fin tube economizer, and right side is drum supported by steel frame.

Design of Small Capacity High Pressure Gas Boiler

The front wall is burner, and rear wall is inspection door, explosion-proof door, fire observation hole and measuring point hole. The heating surface is symmetrically arranged on left and right sides, and each side has membrane wall.

The spiral fin tube economizer reduces the volume, and effectively reduces the exhaust gas temperature. The economizer is on the top of heating surface, which greatly saves the floor area and makes it more compact.

The inner membrane wall between upper and lower headers constitutes the furnace, and both sides consist of three rows tubes.

This high pressure gas boiler is simple in manufacture and installation, safe in use and high in thermal efficiency. It fills the market gap in small capacity high pressure gas boiler, and accumulates experience for other high pressure steam boilers.
