HRSG is short for Heat Recovery Steam Generator. It is a heat exchanger that recovers heat from a hot exhaust gas stream. It produces steam to cogenerate or drive a steam turbine. HRSG consists of four major parts: economizer, evaporator, superheater and water preheater. Different parts are put together to meet the operating requirements. Packaged type HRSG is shipped as a fully assembled unit from the factory. It applies for waste heat or turbine (mostly under 20 MW). The packaged HRSG can have a water-cooled furnace, which allows for higher supplemental firing and better overall efficiency.
On Oct. 31, 2018, Mr. Thierry, Global Supply Director – China from Nooter/Eriksen, visited Taishan Group.
