Power Station Boiler is another name for power plant boiler. Power station boiler is a kind of steam boiler to drive the steam turbine and generator to generate electricity. On May 23, 2019, the General Manager and Chief Engineer of Unipharma Tech. from Syria visited our steam boiler factory. They are in progress of an upgrading and reconstruction project of a 10MW power plant in Syria.
In the meeting, engineers from both sides communicated together for the steam boiler, pressure vessel as well as heat exchanger in need. The shell and tube heat exchanger is cooper tube with dual tube sheet. This kind of heat exchanger is designed with a separate inner shell area which called the condensate cooling zone, which requires high machining accuracy and high material quality during tube inserting and expansion. For this project, the customer requires high level manufacturing capacity and all products shall meet ASME standard.
During the workshop tour, the customer checked our manufacturing equipment and site work quality, and showed their satisfaction with our production capability and quality control. They paid much more interest in our new installed coiled pipe production line, and willing to provide more commercial opportunities and information based on their existed market demand.
Based on domestic situation and new positive policy from China, Syria has paid more attention to enterprises from China. In their view, the quality of products in China has already met the international standard. Before this, most of the project in Syria was done by manufacturer or contractor from Korea, Japan, Europe etc. They only imported few kind of raw material from China.
