75TPH CFB Boiler EPC project is Taishan Group’s fourth coal CFB boiler EPC project in Southeast Asia. In the end of August 2022, the 75TPH CFB Boiler project in Indonesia is put into operation. The 75TPH CFB Boiler EPC project is located at Sino-Indonesia Comprehensive Industrial Park, Morowali County, Central Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.
In November 2021, we dispatched twenty installation engineers from China to the project site. Meanwhile we employed over eighty local workers, who will do the installation job under the guidance of Chinese engineers. They worked two shifts per day, first shift is from 7am to 1pm, and second shift is from 2pm to 8pm.
Normally for a 75TPH coal CFB boiler, the whole erection and commissioning period will be around five to six months. However, due to the Covid-19 situation in Indonesia, it lasted nine months from December 2021 to August 2022. Finally, the 75TPH coal CFB boiler generated steam in mid of July and started official operation in end of August. This boiler provides steam for the smelting and extraction of nickel, which is an important precursor material for power battery.
