Industrial Hot Water Boiler is also called industrial heating boiler. It typically has a gas fired burner mounted to the boiler front for ease of operation and maintenance. Industrial gas hot water boiler follows a basically similar design concept to gas steam boiler in many respects. However, it is full of water during operation whereas steam boiler operates with a water level and steam space. A gas burner fires into the furnace and tubes to heat the water inside the hot water boiler shell. The heated water is delivered to the process using a circulating pump and pipework and returned to the hot water boiler to be heated again. Any loss of water must be supplemented by chemically treated fresh water to avoid corrosion.
On 22 June 2019, a team of nine employees from Universal Studios visited industrial boiler manufacturer Taishan Group. Main purpose of this visit is to inspect factory and negotiate on 3*21MW industrial gas hot water boiler project in Beijing. The industrial gas hot water boiler has a rated heat output of 21MW, working pressure of 1.25MPa and output hot water temperature of 115℃. After visiting the production workshop and warehouse, they were satisfied with our processing ability.
