420TPH gas boiler is the biggest capacity natural gas boiler so far in China. Gas boiler manufacturer Taishan Group won two sets 420TPH natural gas boilers order at the end of 2021.
Under the background of Sino-Russia natural gas line construction, the combined heat and power plant emerges. It is the pioneering case in grasping the strategic opportunity of gasification and first trial of “coal-to-gas” heating in winter. It is a new starting point for transformation and development and striding into the era of clean energy. Invested by Xuanyuan Group, the project total investment is 2 billion RMB, among which 0.8 billion is for phase I. It comprises two sets 420TPH high-temperature high-pressure gas boiler and two sets 80MW back-pressure steam turbine and generator sets. After putting into operation, each year it can consume 300 million cubic meters natural gas, provide a heating capacity of 12 million square meters, and reduce the CO2 emission by 480 thousand tons. It is of great significance to promote clean heating and improve the life quality of people in the new area. Meanwhile, it will realize the “carbon peak” and “carbon neutral” goal, and build a new green, low-carbon and high-quality pattern.
Since the start in last year, 98% of civil works and 90% of installation have been completed. The overall installation is expected to be completed by the end of October. At the same time, the route and pressure regulating station of 4.6 kilometers gas pipeline have been designed and surveyed. The pressure regulating station will adjust the main pipeline pressure 6.3MPa to workshop production pressure 0.4MPa. According to the construction plan, it will enter the grid-connection commissioning stage before the end of 2022. At that time, residents in the new district can enjoy gas heating. This will not only improve the heating quality in winter, but also improve the air quality during the heating period.
