MSW Incinerator is another name of garbage incinerator. MSW Incinerator is a kind of boiler to burn MSW (municipal solid waste). The MSW incinerator consists of four parts: waste pretreatment system, incineration system, flue gas dedusting system and auxiliary ignition system. It integrates automatic feeding, screening, drying, incinerating, deashing, dedusting and automatic control. Industrial boiler manufacturer Taishan Group started cooperation with Babcock & Wilcox Beijing Company (B&WBC) on waste incinerator in 2019.

Established in 1986, B&WBC is a joint venture between Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W) and Beijing Boiler Work (BBW). Built in 1867, Babcock & Wilcox is one of the main power plant boiler suppliers in the world. B&W manufactured the first power station boiler and its technology serviced half of world boilers manufacturing. B&WBC is the first joint venture in China boiler industry with 8000MW production capacity. It focuses on industrial boiler, medium and high-pressure power plant boiler, supercritical, ultra-supercritical boiler and SCR product. Over 20 years, B&WBC has been importing 130 years of design experiences and research result to supply top quality products. B&WBC passed ASME “S” “PP” and “U” stamp certification, A-class Boiler Manufacturing License and ISO9001 certificate In 1989.

Cooperation with Babcock & Wilcox Beijing in Waste Incinerator

In recent years, municipal solid waste power generation projects are developing rapidly, forming an unprecedented industrial scale. In 2019, B&WBC opened the door to waste incineration market. The garbage disposal capacity cover 400, 500 and 600 tons per day, providing strong support for company transformation and development. On April 3, B&WBC and POWERCHINA successfully signed the contract agreement of Shandong Dezhou 2×400t/d and Henan Yanshi 2×600t/d waste incineration project.

In 2018, industrial boiler and power plant boiler manufacturer Taishan Group won a bid for two sets 600TPD MSW incinerators. The steam boiler capacity is 54.5t/h, steam pressure is 4.0MPa, steam temperature is 400℃, and the power generation is 12MW.
