Steam boiler user number of Taishan Group in Pakistan is huge. From January to December 2023, steam boiler manufacturer Taishan Group has sold nine sets coal fired boilers to Pakistan. The detailed order content is as follows:
Two sets of DZL4-1.25-AII coal boiler, which means two 4tph capacity 1.25MPa pressure steam boiler. The steam boiler user had bought a same model before and is very satisfied with the boiler performance.
Two sets of SZL20-1.6-AII coal steam boiler and one set of YLW-12000MA coal thermal oil boiler. The steam boiler is 20t/h 1.6MPa and thermal oil boiler is 12000kW 1.0MPa. This steam boiler user is one of the biggest cooking oil mill in Karachi. In October 2019, the client visited our head office, recognized our factory processing capabilities. These three coal boilers are equipped with Siemens PLC control system. The temperature sensor, pressure transmitter, steam flow meter and feed water flow meter are all from Japanese Yokogawa. All the electrical components are from French Schneider; the motors of every boiler auxiliary are from German Siemens. Both multicyclone dust collectors and wet scrubber are equipped to reduce pollution from the flue gas as much as possible.
One set of SZL15-1.8/260-AII, which means one 15tph capacity 1.8MPa pressure superheated steam boiler. Different from other models, this coal boiler has a superheater to provide superheated steam for production. Now the coal fired steam boiler is in production and will be delivered at the end of May.
Besides the above mentioned, also one set of SZL15-1.6-AII, which means one 15t/h capacity 1.6MPa pressure steam boiler. Two sets of DZL4-1.25-AII, which means two 4tons per hour capacity 1.25MPa pressure steam boiler. These two steam boiler users are all in textile industry.
After all these several coal steam boilers arrive at user site, Taishan will send installation engineer to supervise the boiler installation and commissioning.
