Diesel boiler is a kind of common oil fired boilers, and its fuel is light diesel oil. In 2015, a fish meal company visited Taishan Group and the purpose is to review our diesel boiler production ability and design ability. They made detail inspection about our industrial boiler quality control system, material supply system and manufacturing control system. Finally, we won the order, namely one 15t/h diesel boiler. Therefore, the oil boiler model is WNS15-1.25-Y, steam output is 15tons per hour, and steam pressure is 1.25MPa.
Introduction to the diesel boiler user
The fish meal company is a part of Oceana Group, the largest, most diversified fishing group in the Southern Hemisphere. Besides, it is also an important participant in the Namibian, Angolan and US fishing industries. Oceana Group incorporated in 1918 and listed on the Johannesburg (JSE) and Namibian (NSX) stock exchanges. Its business range includes: production of French fries, cold storage facilities, fishing of horse mackerel, and production of fish meal.
The fish meal company is in Angola, on the south west coast of Africa. Above all, South Africa has special regulation for steam boiler and pressure vessel. They do need a ASME certificated steam boiler manufacturer.
This diesel boiler is our first ASME certified oil boiler. However, third-party inspection institute LLOYD’S inspected the whole design and manufacturing process. The raw material inspection, welding process inspection, quality and process management, and hydraulic pressure test.
The diesel boiler installation was at the end of 2015. Since then, the oil steam boiler has been running well. The oil boiler supplies stable high-quality steam, which provides strong support for the production line. Hence we gain the user’s satisfaction, hence building steady relationship with them.
